How do I order online?

To make a purchase simply follow the steps listed below:

1.    Create a login account

Signing up for a login account with shop.letan.com.au allows you to keep track of your order, as well as the ability to view your purchase history. A login account also allows LeTan to quickly search and reply to any queries you may have about your existing or past orders.

2.    Shop

Select the item/s and quantity you wish to purchase, then select Add to Cart.

3.    Proceed to Checkout

Once you have finished shopping select Proceed to Checkout. Input your delivery address and instructions and confirm your order details. Select Pay Now to input your credit card type and details. Select Process Payment to complete your order.

4.    Confirmation of Order

Once your order is placed, we will send you a Confirmation of Order email with your order and delivery details attached. Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver within Australia. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery and that we therefore cannot deliver to a P.O. Box nor Locked Bag address.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

The standard delivery charge for Australian orders is $8.25 Inc. GST. Orders will be delivered within 7 business days. Once your order is received, it will be sent out the following business day. Orders are sent via our carrier XL Express who aims to deliver your parcel within 1-5 working days. Please consider that neither Le Tan nor XL Express post out orders on weekends. You order consignment number will be available in your Le Tan Login Account within 1-2 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery time-frames and that the time-frames provided above are given as a guide only.

What do I do if my goods are lost in transit, damaged or faulty?

If an item is damaged or faulty or if you are sent the wrong product you may return it to us for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price together with the cost of postage. The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

What if I am sent the wrong product?

If an item is damaged or faulty or if you are sent the wrong product you may return it to us for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price together with the cost of postage. The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

Can I return my online purchase?

We want you to be completely happy with all purchases made. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it within 14 days for refund or exchange excluding freight fee (if applicable). Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. How can I pay for my online purchases?

Purchases may be made by Credit Card. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

How secure is my credit card and personal information?

Your credit card payment will be conducted directly via the Payment Express payment facility over a Secure Socket Layer (128 bit SSL) connection. Le tan does not store credit card information, nor have access to your credit card details. Please note that your credit card details will not be sent in any emails from Le Tan. Le Tan recommends that you never send your credit card details via email.

Can I change my online order after I have placed it?

Your order may be changed on the same day as the order is placed. Please contact Customer Service by phone 1300 650981 (Monday – Friday 0900- 1700 AEST) if you need to make any changes to your purchase.

Do you accept international shipments?

At present we do not ship internationally. We do endeavour to open a global online store in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates.

How do I track my order?
